Exchanges for Domestic Orders (Egypt)

We offer return collection service to all purchases meeting our exchange policy for a fee depending on the destination. (Only applies to orders in Egypt).

Request an exchange by contacting us at info@lessecrets.co All exchange requests must be placed within 14 days from the delivery date.
Exchanges for International Orders
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will not accept any returns or refunds. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly exchange any fully sealed goods in its original condition, within 7 days from delivery.
